Mini Bins FAQs

Concrete and soil are disposed of at separate locations. Please do not mix the materials as mixed Dumpster Mini Bins are dumped, and reloaded into two separate bins for disposal. Additional charges will apply if we are required to dump and reload the bin in to two separate bins.

When you order your bin, you will need to provide a credit card. We will run a $500 preauthorization as a security for the bin. Once the bin has been weighed, we will bill the correct amount via this preauthorization.

Your bin rental and disposal costs include one week of rental time from drop off. Additional time can be purchased at $75/week.

We offer competitive rates for contractors who need to keep bins for long periods of time. Please call us to take advantage of this.

Hazardous materials and chemicals should never go in a garbage bin. Please ask our associates when you book your bin for more information regarding. What can go in your bin. If you’re not sure, please ask!

Additional time can be purchased at $75 a week.

Generally, weekend deliveries and pick ups are not available unless it is an emergency.

We will not pick up your bin automatically as we want to be absolutely sure you are ready to return it. Please call when you are finished filling your bin. Or please call in advance and book a specific time that you would like it picked up.

We will take bins all over the GTA! If you’re especially far away from our location. We may add a modest fuel surcharge to compensate for the additional distance. But we would rather help you on your job no matter where you are!

While same day delivery is very often available. If you are relying on having a bin at a specific time, please call a day or two in advance.

If your weight comes in over 1.00 Metric Ton, we will prorate to the next closest quarter ton. 1.25, 1.5, 1.75 etc.

We offer a variety of rental equipment, equipment repairs, and much more through our sister company Rent Source, based out of the same location.

Please call us with your drivers license, credit card, and detailed instructions for where the bin will need to be delivered. You will need an email address for us to email you the contract if you are booking over the phone.

The largest amount of soil or concrete that can be disposed of at one time is 7 yards.

Once a bin is delivered, the base rental fee and a charge for one metric ton of garbage will be applicable. The vast majority of bins come in over one metric ton of weight.
